@philipcardella if you're looking for some indy sources, i like mint press, truth out, apnews isn't always too bad, vox, & a few others. they're left leaning but not always horrifcally so.

btw...if you read my earlier 4 section post-you'll notice I didn't say R or D...they both do it. It's how they supposedly "win". I would agree that Rs are more aggressive, but Ds are doing the same thing-bowing to what their owners want them to do.

...for anyone paying attention-this didn't happen just b/c the mangerine was voted into office. The decline of this empire started much further back...how about the US bringing Nazis here for their technical know-how (after wwii-look it up); how about ronnie ray gun cuts to social welfare. It goes back even further, but that's not a bad place to start.

You don't have to like it-but I'm finished with the shit show commonly referred to as "politics" in the US. I refuse to participate. You do what you think you need to do. In some states they purged the voter rolls, preventing ppl from voting; in some states they moved polling places at the last minute. All of this we've seen. These are CLEAR indicators of the lengths to which members (from the national level all the way down to the individual level) will go to cheat their way to a win. Do you actually think that's how this was all intended to work? 3/

That action very clearly showed anyone watching & understanding-that 'We the Ppl' don't choose shit-those who have the $$ & access actually "choose" who the nom will be-then the "99%' gets to pick (unless you're in FL or some other state where they actually did throw away ballots that weren't counted), Of course, in some states they shut polling places & the lines were too long for everyone to vote 2/

Gonna express an unpopular idea. We've already seen how our Natn'l "reps" are chosen. Neither of the 2 parties actually give the nom to the person who gets the most votes-that was made crystal clear in 2016. (Call me a "Bernie Bro" at your own risk.) DNC is a private org which proved itself in court when it said it didn't have to follow it's own rules. 1/
