...so CoSo is a pretty friendly place (in my experience) for the most part. Follows are cool-but I don't always follow back..and i'm prolly (more than prolly) gonna be prickly as hell if you start straight in with "where are you from". You wanna jump into a convo-c'mon-I'm here for it. But pls-use something different for a starter.
@VirginMaryCandle ...i'm not sure waht "A/S/L" is...? In my world ASL is American Sign Language. I do have some Deaf friends and know enough ASL to communicate...but i feel like this is something different...?

@VirginMaryCandle Aaahhh....rog...i wasn't familiar. my perspective is-someone starting off a convo like that feels overly "familiar". that's not my jam. i'm all about the convo-but i've def got some sensitivities around someone wanting to know where i am. that may not have been the intent-but that's the perception.
@FayreLylith Would you prefer "A/S/L" so that it's a more well rounded conversation?
