The city's attempts to regulate and protect vaccine access is bananas. Tons of cops at vaccination sites. So I've seen a lot of people on twitter discussing traveling to Cuba to take them up on their offer of vaccination for tourists. Now, Cuba has a solid healthcare system and the vaccine appears to be viable.
