I tried to make an arch out of morning glories and tomato cages but the morning glory was too powerful! Next year I'll use a sturdier scaffold.
@Expecting_Words Wow!! you must have a green thumb! I love morning glories. My sister has Clematis in what is apparently a perfect spot for it. She had to get a bigger and sturdier trellis.

@JusDucky yeah Clematis is another vine that can get way outta control. I have reservations about using plants that are this potentially invasive but the previous owners of the house planted a bunch of invasives already so I decided to cry havok and loose the blooms of war with these morning glories. Grandpa Otts is the variety and it's an absolute beast.
