Last night I learned my cousin, who worked as a professional pastry chef for many years, leaves peanut butter in the fridge. Not gonna lie I am shook. I don't know what's real anymore.
@sfleetucker this isn't organic peanut butter. It has the emulsifiers that keep the oil from separating.

Haha. Actually we refridgerate organic peanut butter. However a cool cupboard is fine. 😁

I keep natural peanut butter (the kind you have to stir) in the fridge because it prevents the oil from separating.
@Expecting_Words Buckle up. When I buy natural peanut butter (where the oil separates), I also keep mine in the fridge after a vigorous stirring so that the oil doesn't separate. 😛
