Problem is, all the housing market here SUUUUUCKS.
Older than dirt and ratty as hell with asbestos and cloth-insulated wires and probably lead pipes, or still older than dirt but remodeled over bad bones and too expensive, or actually constructed within the last century and like six times my budget.
I’ve pretty much given up and am just planning on waiting until after my gf and I both have college degrees paid off so we can just build a 2b2b.
