As a would-be tyrant gleefully bends the levers of power to his vengeful and depraved will, a sense of mourning in America pervades our #Politics and discourse. Why are we letting one man diminish an entire nation? Yes, America is on the ropes, wracked with an exhausting fever, infected by a megalomaniac and his cult followers. Don’t write our obituary just yet, though. The cure for our present ailments and for future recurrences rests in the ballot box, and a massive dose of voter turnout.
