@UmbaSaffire I love doing a vegi and sausage roast. Like, the Johnsonville Polish sausage or whatever, with lil red or yellow taters, bell peppers, onion...Chop it all up, toss it with oil, dill and a packet of Uncle Dan's ranch, then spread it out onto a big baking sheet and pop it into the oven. I serve it with quinoa. Very tasty!
