Dining room is emptied and the carpet and pad are ripped out! Treating the subfloors with urine remover (Clorox Urine Remover is an AMAZING product if anyone needs a good one), letting it dry, then it's Kilz 3 time! Tomorrow, Hubbs will lay the floors, then we are D O N E with flooring! (Unless I win my stairs/hallway war lol)

We purchased a new couch, which led to a new wool rug & throw pillows...and curtains.
We need new recliners & I have my eye out. 😁
@KazzyH I can't blame the hubbs for NOT wanting to do the stairs...Its a LOT of cutting. He hasn't flat out said "No" yet though, and it DOES look like we'll have a lot of flooring left over...so...might as well use it, right!? lol
We are also getting new furniture. Couch and 2 recliners, we think. Been looking at Lay Z Boy...Pricey, but what isn't these days?

My husband is a retired carpenter ( he keeps getting calls begging him to work ) we built our first home, it was perfect. But here we are 🤷♀️ and I'm always coming up with great projects for him haha
