Just found out my neighbors, with the obnoxious aggressive dogs, the semi truck trailer parked in the yard, with all the broken down cars.....are splitting up and selling the house.
Don't let them tell ya dreams never come true, kids.

@JolieSaboteuse Its like, they are alright, I guess. But their dogs have been an issue for 7 years. The semi truck trailer was "temporary" ...6 years ago. They're loud in the summer, with parties and dirt bikes and fireworks.....My only worry is that someone worse moves in. But with the market how it is...its tough to buy, so maybe we'll get lucky and it'll sit empty for awhile...lol I'm awful.
