The tweet included a screenshot of Trump's original social media post. As a representative, Gosar is required to swear an oath to "support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic"

The Senate has passed a bill to prevent a national rail strike, which would have caused a major economic disruption.

The bill will now go to President Biden, who is expected to sign it into law quickly.
