Rep. Paul Gosar (R-AZ) deleted a tweet from his official House Twitter account stating he supported former President Trump's call to terminate parts of the US Constitution over baseless claims of election fraud.

The tweet included a screenshot of Trump's original social media post. As a representative, Gosar is required to swear an oath to "support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic"

@EricVandal so in the next Republican-majority Congress, that qualifies him to chair some type of oversight committee, right?
