So my cat does something really really weird she will look up at the ceiling and just meow and turn her head around like an owl

@Anton @Embers a few weeks ago I was out and about and we had an outage and my whole house runs on Wi-Fi LED lights so when there's an outage my lights flash on and off until they're reconnected I took a video from a few blocks away that looked like my place was possessed the way the lights were flashing on and off it was hilarious
@duglop Maybe critters in between your ceiling and upstairs floor? With the cold weather imagine lots of bugs and smallish critters are seeking warmth wherever they can find it. Pretty sure that's why my house is still under siege by ants.

@Embers let me rephrase that highly unlikely this is a huge brick building biggest building in my city I'm on the fourth floor, while yes there more than likely are bugs within the building itself, she does this at random... Like she'll wander in from the living room and then sit down in the middle of the floor stare at the ceiling and meow a few times then wander back out into the living room and look at a wall and meow a few times...
@Embers I know, however there's actually nothing to see looking up at the ceiling I'm thinking she's meowing at the the sounds coming from my upstairs neighbor unless she has x-ray vision now LOL
