@Zevon I have no idea but I’m suspecting so as I saw it and wanted to find where this is so I can go. But it’s most likely fake.

It looks AI. You're not likely to find a rental without a safety railing in front. But there are lots of rentals in the Smoky Mountains and Appalachians that would have views like that. Midweek rentals in more remote areas in autumn wouldn't be crazy expensive, either.
