We have to tell people to seal them up as if they're going to mail them, then drop them at the lab. If they go by mail, they're so old by the time they arrive the lab can't run them.
@EileenKCarpenter It apparently didn't make it all the way back to Kaiser Permanente's lab, that's for sure. Or maybe KP lost it somewhere.
