So, as I understand the two decisions, all the Federal agencies just got their regulatory powers back -- they just need the POTUS to sign off on their regulations.

@EileenKCarpenter My thought too ... How does this reconcile with repealing Chevron? If a president issues an executive order filled with these regulations, does it reverse Chevron?

The ruling does specify "criminal liability," so I guess the president would have to be sure to violate Chevron's rights in the course of regulating them.

I mean, this is what happens when the majority of justices were chosen not to provide wisdom and insight, but to do as they are told. The average Republican is so suspicious of anyone smarter than them that they insist all critical posts in government be filled with idiots.
