@th3j35t3r @_txgal I don't think it's targeted per say - it's probably some shit that keeps breaking because he fired everyone.
Two days ago my e-mail box for xTwitter notifications got hit with (not kidding) over 9,000 e-mail notifications about reports that I'd previously filed there.
The batting average stayed the same (around 30% plus/minus).
All it told me was that something changed with the moderation.

Or they send them to people who have reported accounts they suspend whether the report was the reason or not, and they just removed an entire nest of interrelated bots.
