To whoever needs to hear it: If an organization holds a voter registration drive, they MUST turn in all the applications they receive -- even if they think one of their volunteers created fake voters (as sometimes happens when the "volunteers" are actually paid employees of some work-training program for the unemployable, union members who don't give an F about the candidate their union is backing, etc. )

The organization that runs the drive can segregate the suspicious applications and flag them as probably fraudulent, but they don't get to decide to only turn in the voter registration forms they like.

It's not fraud on the part of the organization, only on the part of the person who forged them.
