SUPER CREEPY:
Someone is faxing doctors' offices all over the country, claiming to be Walgreens or CVS and trying to obtain patient billing information sent to their own fax.

We use them all the time. Our organization is uber-paranoid about any electronic interactions with outside entities. The faxes get printed out and re-scanned.
Fax machines somehow aren't an "electronic interaction"?

Not with our computer system. They aren't on the network, just a phone line.
Really weird thing is them still using faces.

I see some old Blogspot pages that have a list of phone numbers including that one for a plumbing company, so that may be the source of the listing for that site. The Blogspot page looks abandoned, so it may have been reassigned to someone else by now.
