Not a fan of the pronouns-in-the-email-signature trend. If you need to know my pronouns before deciding whether to take my email seriously, we’re going backwards. And maybe I have privilege to be taken seriously despite my gender, but women starting out in business in male-dominated fields should have the right to use a first initial and let people assume what they want, without it being obvious because everyone else adds pronouns.
