I see some Twitter comments -- it happened elsewhere, too. Contractors installed UV lights designed for disinfecting hospital areas rather than for making pretty colors glow.
(I've got one of those bulbs for my fish tank, and the instructions are the absolutely worst-translated Chinese-to-English I've ever read, so I can imaging someone not bothering to slog through it if that product ships with similar instructions.)
