A quick mini-update as I'm still gathering info.
UKR tactical pause ended and UKR troops are on the move again.
All UKR territory north and northeast of Kharkiv liberated. It appears that at least some of UKR's armored fist went north, all the way to the Russian border.
UKR has established multiple crossing points on both the Oskil river and the Seversky Donets river.
UKR spearheads are streaming east, outflanking the LPR defenses on the Donbas line.

I hope the Ukraine army has no reservations shelling the crap out of Russian territory north of Kharkiv. They have to bloody their nose and protect the Kharkiv region regardless of the optics of attacking into Russia.
@EileenKCarpenter Ukraine has been hitting targets inside of Russia since Feb 24th.
But those are limited targets of military significance. I expect them to continue to do so until there are no more Russian troops in Ukraine.
