I would hope that whenever and wherever people go to vote, they reject racists, disingenuous populists, pathological liars / confidence men, climate-change deniers, sexual predators, narcissists, and individuals that cozy up to autocrats and dictators, but maybe that's just me.

We are all slaves to our particular eccentricities.

Over the years, I evolved from a racist homophobe to a decent human being. Change takes time. I regret the many insensitive jokes I told, the disparaging remarks, the lack of understanding of underrepresented, maligned, and targeted groups.
