Texas' high desert is tied to British Columbia's Arrow Lakes. The rope is Sheriff J.J. Raskin, dope is the currency, and a boat is the end of the line.
Somehow, Fox and Ren need to sever the cold, cocaine connection before the Sheriff, or the boat, kill them.
