What, if anything, can be done to bridge the enormous divide between the two most established political ideologies/spectrums?
@Reciprocity I do like the system of voting the French use, but the dominant parties in Canada and the USA are, and presumably will continue to be, ardently opposed to it. Surprise, surprise.
@EdgeOErin at the moment, nothing. there has to be a shared reality.
@Iceman_Bob Good point, though it's hard to envision what that might be, in the short term. Certainly more destructive storms might FINALLY change some minds, but at enormous cost. Or, maybe a cometary impact. Sometimes, it can be war, but at this point, I cannot see the good guys from the baddies.
