@CarmenSlamdiego @EdgeOErin 💯 At the end of the day, we all want the same things for a happy life. Peace, prosperity and health. All we disagree on is the way to provide that, and which division is stoked by the rich to keep us at eachothers throats instead of the real 'enemy'.
@CarmenSlamdiego Though there is certainly a major difference between those who support protecting wildlife and the biosphere and those who don't really care.
@EdgeOErin I think if you talk to 90% of the people, they all want to preserve the planet.
They have been duped into believing they can't afford it and/or their small efforts won't make a difference.

@EdgeOErin I would say for it to be repaired... acknowledgement of their crimes would be needed, but they either do not believe anything wrong has been done, or they honestly believe that what they did was right...
For those in the latter section, they are beyond reason.
@EdgeOErin i honestly think there isn't a political divide. It's a messaging divide.
When we take away the labels and give people policy without a party attached, they consistently choose progressive policies.
