Confession: I haven't read a STEPHEN KING book in decades. I recall reading the first part of The Stand and didn't like it. What King book would YOU most recommend, ?

@EdgeOErin 11/22/63 is good, not horror. It's about a man who goes back in time to try to prevent Kennedy's assassination. Also a pretty good love story.

@Gadruggist I did watch the 11/22/63 mini-series, which I didn't think was very good. It's incredible how many books Stephen King has written that have been made into movies!

@EdgeOErin yeah I didn't really care for the mini series either. That might be a spoiler for the book but I liked the book so much I got the kindle version and the audio.

@EdgeOErin I haven't read any! 😱 Super interested in the replies you get...

@EdgeOErin Hmmm... Die Arena: Under the Dome, Gwendy's Button Box, Misery, If It Bleeds, Gerald's Game are the one's I'd most recommend. I didn't like The Stand either or the TaG series.
