Anxiety

So if I think there is a threat to my well being, but I don't know exactly what it is, and it causes anxiety. I will ruminate on it, and try to solve it by thinking, knowing full well that what is causing my anxiety is thinking.

Anti-anxiety

Doing, moving my body through space. Walking in nature. Dancing to good music. Cooking a great meal. Gardening. Not sitting still and ruminating.
