My husband is a descendant of one of the 1st families of the Mayflower. Fortunately he’s part of the “good side” who learned and respected the native Americans who were here before. The history in Plymouth, MA is both amazing and heartbreaking. Something that stuck with me is the inscription on the sarcophagus of pilgrim remains at Cole’s Hill burial grounds -
