@Lindy Without seeing the leaves or the height, my best guess would be a type of antirrhinum. It’s not clustering like a delphinium and the flowers aren’t tight like lupine.
@Diodethra I suppose it could be a snapdragon, though it doesn't look like any I've ever seen. Maybe you can tell more from this photo:
@Lindy @Diodethra yep! It’s a snap dragon! Mine are just really densely planted so the leaves look different.
