Serious question:
What, if any, modern anti-tank munitions do these cages neutralize? I understand the concept, but aren't all modern munitions for this purpose "penetrate-then-detonate" rather than "detonate-on-impact"?
looks like it'd be pretty effective against golf balls while doing retrieval on the driving range
