Had my first true #PanicAttack I've had I years. I've had plenty of #AnxietyAttacks lately, but not true panic. I had forgotten how utterly fatiguing they are

So I ended up in the ER last night because of my blood pressure. I'm okay, but genetics and 60 hour weeks are not on my side. I just want to last through the holidays and then I think I might have to drop my second job
