The last few days have been really quite weird, my own messed up life aside, I never anticipated one of the leaders of the modern day puritan movements getting caught on a train with some rather inappropriate material.

There's an actual Puritan movement? Or are you speaking of the wider religious fuckery that's been happening? I shall have to google. Was not in the mood for the 1600s today.

@janallmac general trend, although this was a specific reference to the gender critical movement that wants to enforce sex roles into law.
Although the more I think about it, if history is anything to go by, I really shouldn't be so surprised, there has been a constant stream of holier-than-thou hate mongers caught doing the most horrific things. 🤦♀️
