My account was suspended yesterday for some mysterious reason but after an hour I was back in CoSo, it might have been because of the maga troll I reported, I lost all the people I follow and my content, I started following people yesterday and I will continue for a couple of days , I can’t get my content back but that is not a problem, I just want to stay connected to the people I trust .

YES! It's weird, but I get used to the icons on here.. changing icons is fine... but if they seem anti-icon to the persona... it's disorienting.
I'm happy to hear that it's just not me! I get very disoriented when people change their avatars. I mean, I get it that people like to change things up. But I agree, if the avatar doesn't match the persona, then I am totally lost!

@QueenOfEverything @Cosmichomicide @Spagesgallo1 I don’t take it personally, I’m used to that avatar , I use the other one of my Mastodon accounts but I prefer this one better , I think it is ok to tell friends if there is something you don’t like . For me it is difficult to identify someone if they change it , I’m a very visual person and I think that happens to many people, it wasn’t difficult to change it back .

Like you, I am also a very visual type of person. That is why I get discombobulated when someone changes their avatar to something that I might not associate with that person. But I make the adjustment with time. I actually like how creative people are with their avatars. Something I sadly lack since I don't know how to create some of the avatars that I have seen. As for telling someone that I don't like the avatar, I don't feel comfortable doing it
