My cats are slugs. I buy "cat enrichment" toys so they don't become one with the furniture. Some work, some do not.
They have been at this for 2 straight days. Super simple, really clever.
We have crinkle tunnels, laser pointer things that rotate around the room and work on a randomized timer, trees, posts and yes, just plain boxes (they get to play until recycling day).
This, though - it's a puzzle and a box and treats. Like a trifecta of cat happiness. 😺
We shall see over the long haul, but so far all three are digging it - which is also rare.
@Cosmichomicide my cats favorite toys boxes whether she fits in them or not, 3 sided are good for retrieving toys out of. Spayed catnip toys, bra pad inserts, paper towel rolls and lastly the yellow and green Scotch sponges, used preferably!

Patsy and Louis would eat the box. The treats would be dessert. 😸
I thought so as well - RBF and the Magnificent Bastard are pretty savage on posts and such. All the boxes are nice and thick, but I definitely think it's not an eternal toy.
So I'm ordering the hex one for the back stock of favorite toys.
The Doodle has multiple Sprinkles the Llamacorns, for example. Because now there are a gazillion cheap ripoffs and she loves it soooo much.

Hmm, our cats might like this. One thing they are crazy about is balled up pieces of paper. We throw them and the cats bring them right back to us. The problem? They can do this for hours, but I can't- lol!
