She's 41. She's had so much hard work done that she looks like she's 51 trying to look 41. I really do not understand it. And her boob surgeon should have his license yanked.

Ivanka's early work was very good (she's a year older than Lara) and her surgeon appears to have a lighter hand than whoever is taking hammer and tongs to the rest of them.
They are all going to look like caricatures of themselves eventually.

Noel Casler (the comedian who was also on the crew of The Apprentice) says that a botched early nose job is why she nearly always has her mouth open ~she can't breathe correctly just through her nose.
