I removed the name because it doesn't matter.
Good Christian sees homeless woman regularly, stops and tells her about Jesus and promises to pray for God to change her life. Plans to bring her a Bible.
At no point does she get the woman a hot meal, a pair of socks, or a warm coat.
The Jesus of the Bible would be ashamed.

Please don't make assumptions about the unhoused. Definitely don't assume you have the solution and that there is an easy fix or that they aren't trying. Working homeless is a thing, sadly.
And never preach without giving alms. In fact, give some alms, move on, and shut up entirely. Like the Bible says.
