Every year I get angrier and angrier on tax day. The IRS knows what 80% or more of Americans owe or are due. So do the damned states.

Stop fucking making us waste time double checking your work and paying for the privilege of doing so. I'm now working in a different state (remotely) so boy, that gets a bunch of little pissant fees.

Snarf.

"Americans spend an estimated 1.7 billion hours and $31 billion doing their taxes each year."

Now imagine how much productivity we waste rummaging through dense healthcare billing and management on top of that.

Imagine your life if you didn't need to spend hours worrying about receipts and deductions and co-pays and fees and billing errors.

Fee to buy the product.
Fee to do more than one state return (pretty common)
Fee to file electronically to states
Fee to deduct fees from refund
Fee to use a credit card

SERIOUSLY? I'm actually longing for the days of the big fat filing instructions and tax tables.

Oh and Intuit broke records in the amount of lobbying money they POURED into politicians' pockets simply so they would vote to keep things complicated and expensive for their constituents.
