The intent of 303 Website #SCOTUS is to prevent states who have extended protected class protections for #GenderExpansive Americans from enforcing anti-discrimination laws. This also imperils Americans of color as not a few White Christianist believe in segregation as a biblical precept. The plaintiff was never approached to build a website by gender expansive citizens, and that the case made it to the SCOTUS without standing.
