My economic politics are very far left, because the evidence supports leftwing economic policies like free public healthcare, investment in public transit, strengthening/expansion of organized labour, good public education, free post-secondary education, et cetera.

You don't have to play that game. Nobody asked you if you wanted to in the first place; they just assumed you'd join in if they started hollering. But it's not your game and it's not to your advantage. You get to walk away. You get to make your own rules.

PSA - It's fairly common knowledge I'm a supporter of Israel. If anyone here is openly supporting Hamas or Islamic Jihad I'd very much like to hear about it in order to take appropriate action.

However, I'm also of the view that supporting regular Palestinians is not the same as supporting Hamas / Islamic Jihad / Hezbollah.
