@ColtSTaylor It is only the first case for this type of worm. This is not the first time a live worm or larvae has been found munching inside someone's braincase.

I think a big deal is being made partly because "another worm found in a lady's brain" doesn't have the same clickiness.

It's not even the first example of a worm that gets into other animals managing to get into a human brain.
