For me this idea isn't just about the focus on money, it's about being out of balance and sacrificing aspects of being human for "stuff" in whatever form that takes.

Nuance moment: this applies to people who are not struggling financially. 💚

Look, day, “Tuesday” or whatever the hell you’re calling yourself these days. You coming in here acting like your buddy Monday did and I’ll send you right out the way you came.

Good day, all.

Truly perfect in every way! Collectors tend to end up with random parts. I don't have as many as most, so I was pretty happy. In December I passed along a bunch of parts I'll never use, because they went with machines I'm not interested in having, and someone sent ME a part I needed, and we don't charge each other, and so the universe pays it forward.

it has been a DAY. I declare it done, in case that helps anyone else.

I just outed a scammer trying to sell expensive (think $700) vintage sewing machines that are actually owned by other people (one in a different state than where they claimed to be in, & one in another country), & I'm feeling rather happy. I contacted the actual sellers, & one has already jumped into the forum to confirm that that person is a scammer.

Trust your gut, kids, & don't fuck with someone who worked as a historical researcher. I used to find the DEAD for a living, ffs.
