@Mauve_matelot it’s dressed in summer quite nicely! Thank you for asking, it made me take a little walk to grab a couple snaps. Hoping the season is being kind to you!
@Coffee_and_Salt my hay-fever has not really kicked in so far this year, my golden raspberry are fruiting and I have 3 new plants in the front garden and 2 new ones in the North courtyard.
It's nice to sit outside, and it a distraction from overthinking about my dad's cancer treatment, and my sisters pregnancy. Being 6 hours away limits what I can do till October when we already have a cottage booked.
@Mauve_matelot you’re very right, it is a gift to be able to do, just sit outside.
I’m sorry for the overthinking, and for the challenging things happening you can’t be there for now. My mother is in cancer treatment also. it’s more than a challenge to get there. Thoughts are heavy things at times like that.
But how the garden helps! And how kind of it not to hit you with hay fever at a time like this. That would be insult to injury. 🤧

One option is with lemon or raspberry sorbet this evening, Another choice is with some branflakes for breakfast
