@Soldier_Solitude It's been a long time since I've seen one. Perhaps they're more common in rural areas.

I live here, we only have the #2 ones on my co-workers' cars or reg VA plates. I work for a federal law enforcement agency.
My workplace keeps the TV's on Fox News. I am the "pinko lib" there.
@Coctaanatis All of them are equally obnoxious.
If you live in Virginia this should be an easy one. 1, 3 and 4 are rare and I can't remember any particularly obnoxious driving when I've seen one. No. 2 is the leading choice of bad drivers.
