@JanetZumba_FalPals It probably depends a lot on how it's prepared. If it's fried and battered, it's going to be bad. But it also contains lean protein and astaxanthin, an antioxidant that may treat diseases like diabetes, cancer, heart disease, and obesity.
IMO if it's an animal and it has more than four legs with joints it's a bug.
These people are eating bugs.
@Coctaanatis shrimp is not good for you. People took advantage and likely will have high cholesterol as a result
