@Coctaanatis Interesting. I don't have a subscription so i poked around a couple of studies about selective survival. It occurs to me that those lucky ones who dodge alzheimers, heart disease etc have less hospital visits/procedures and take less meds, too. Nothing against that but I read somewhere that the US uses 75% of the worlds meds yet has the lowest life expectancy in the west.
