@Coctaanatis Honestly, good. This can only end poorly for Jordan. Let him try to wrangle this Republican Congress or should I say circus into doing anything useful.

@danielbsmith The Speaker is the second most powerful person in the federal government after the President. Without a budget, or an extension, the government shuts down in less than 45 days. He can hold the government hostage, which may be the goal. He IS the majority party in the House.
