Found this in the back of a desk drawer. No idea how old it is, or what is on it. Or if it even could still be developed.

@CinnamonGirlE You can develop it. Emulsions are like cheese, they have a best used by date, professional films were refrigerated for that reason. Like all emulsions it has gained gross fog and the color saturations will not be at peak. But you can certainly retrieve the images on it.

@MidnightRider
I am going to send it off to see. Might be something wonderful! (For me, anyway 😂)

@CinnamonGirlE it’s a very cool time capsule, maybe get it done and open it with your family at Christmas as a surprise. Unless it’s “tales of bedroom adventures “ everyone can enjoy the suspense. 😎

@CinnamonGirlE Maybe you will figure out where Jimmy Hoffa is. 😂

@CinnamonGirlE There will be some latent image failure. Sensitized (exposed not developed) emulsions are more sensitive to secondary exposure than unexposed emulsions . Also cosmic, background radiation will raise the gross or base fog which is the film base tint and emulsion post development as read via a transmission densitometer.

@MidnightRider
I can't wait to see what is on it. Maybe some pics of my kids when they were little is my bet.

@CinnamonGirlE I hope that is what you find, wouldn’t that be a great gift for yourself for Christmas?
