Lots of talk about the metabolic levels, cellular levels of humans and changing this. So what is this?
The five criteria of metabolic health: waist circumference, blood pressure, fasting blood glucose level, high-density lipoprotein cholesterol level and triglyceride level. Avoiding sugary and processed food is a good start to becoming metabolically healthy.
