Who drinks enough water? 💧

@CinnamonGirlE Where did 88 oz of water come from as an evaluator? I'd do nothing but drink water and go to the restroom at that amount.

@TheresaVermont 11 cups of water per day for an adult is an approximate. Then 8 ounces per cup.

The amount can vary based on a lot of factors, one important one being the water content of the food you eat. The water content in fruits/vegetables counts toward the "water" intake. So if you eat more meat/grains, you should consider drinking more water.

Then consider the humidity, your exercise/activity, medicines and alcohol... spreading it out gradually throughout the day seems like the best way to stay hydrated.
